Consulting

An initial meeting will enable us to understand your recruitment needs, establish expectations having discussed the recruitment market and to see the environment in which you operate.

You may already have a clear idea of the type of individual you would like, but the marketplace, candidate aspirations and your budget may not realistically reflect this. We will challenge and assist you in building a profile that considers such constraints but does not compromise on meeting your business needs. Setting such parameters and determining areas of flexibility always proves worthwhile.

Understanding

Your consultant can help you create a tailored job specification and will advise as to the most appropriate recruitment method (or mix of) to locate the right individual. (Executive Search, Advertised Selection, Search & Selection and Proprietary Database)

We only take on a campaign when we are satisfied that we can meet your expectations. Another words, when the role, opportunity and remuneration reflect the profile of candidate that you seek in the marketplace.

Value for money

The fee structure is balanced according to the weighting of work throughout the process. Recruitment will not commence without prior agreement as to costs and time scales for delivery which will be detailed in a proposal document.

Consistency

The consultant you meet will be the individual who manages all parts of the process,keeping you informed as to progress and will continue to be your contact post placement. Our expertise means that the time you spend on recruitment is kept to a minimum with informed and interested candidates.

Most importantly the whole recruitment process will be managed for you enabling you to use your time effectively elsewhere.
